Once borehole drilled successfully and cased properly as per the formation required, Legit Wise Borehole Drilling will not be responsible if Client damages the Borehole with improper handling during the time of installation or usage of the Borehole. If in case the borehole collapses due to underground formations or heavy rains, Legit Wise Borehole Drilling will not be held responsible. However, if a borehole develops a problem within six months from drilling day, Legit Wise Borehole Drilling will come and resolve the issue. Boreholes drilled successfully, but subsequently either fails or yield less than the indicated yield as per the borehole report and quality of water changes at the time of installation and after some time, the company cannot be held responsible as the availability of water underground is a function of several geological, climate factors and they can change over a period of time.

Payment is considered 100% upfront, before commencement of works. Final price will depend upon amount of work executed and payment should be done as per the prevailing rate on that particular date of Invoice raised.

If, upon reaching the drilling site, the site is inaccessible; mileage and 10% of the quoted price will be charged as a standard fee and the balance will be refunded to the client.
